Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or participating in any tournament on KickPunch, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use KickPunch and must have a valid Riot Games account. Participants in tournaments with entry fees or prize payouts must meet any additional age or residency requirements imposed by applicable law or by the tournament organizer.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You may not share your account, impersonate another person, or provide false information. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Tournaments

Tournaments on KickPunch are organized by community members, not by KickPunch itself. Each tournament organizer sets their own rules, entry fees, and prize structures. KickPunch provides the platform infrastructure — bracket generation, match verification via the Riot Games API, and payment processing — but is not responsible for disputes between participants, unpaid prizes, or rule interpretations made by individual organizers.

Match results are verified automatically against Riot's match history. By registering a team, you consent to KickPunch querying Riot's API for match data associated with your Riot account for tournament verification purposes.

5. Entry fees and prizes

Entry fees are collected directly by the tournament organizer, not through an online payment processor. Refund eligibility is at the discretion of the tournament organizer unless the tournament is cancelled, in which case all entry fees will be refunded. Prize payouts are likewise sent directly by the organizer to the winning team.

KickPunch is not a gambling platform. Prizes are awarded solely based on tournament performance, not chance.

6. Conduct

You agree not to cheat, use unauthorized software, harass other participants, or attempt to manipulate match results. Violations may result in disqualification and account suspension.

7. Third-party intellectual property

KickPunch is an independent tournament platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the publishers of any games hosted on this site. All game titles, logos, and related marks are trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective owners and are used solely for identification purposes. Where third-party developer APIs are used (such as the Riot Games API), KickPunch operates in accordance with those publishers' developer policies.

8. Limitation of liability

KickPunch is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, KickPunch and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including lost prizes, missed tournament opportunities, or API downtime.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of KickPunch after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
